New Rac-Em-Bac Bow mag Bullet Broadhead

Got an email today with a new broad head being marketed. It will hold a .38 special or .357 Mag bullet inside of a screw on cylinder where a normal traditional style or mechanical broad head would screw onto the arrow. Expected marketing date for this new broad head is on May 1st of 2013.

Interesting concept, however not sure of the legality in most states for actual hunting purposes.
